Positive Intelligence (PQ®) is a 6-week mental fitness program which offers app-based daily practices, virtual lectures, community support and can be complemented with personal coaching sessions by me.

The PQ® program was developed by Shirzad Chamine, a well-known Executive Coach, a Stanford lecturer and former CEO of CTI (world largest coaching training company). It synthesizes recent discoveries across neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral psychology, and performance science.
